A Little House is split into easy phases for the entire ADU proces. You don't need to pay for an entire house all at once. Start with a little initial study, and that will provide you with enough guidance on whether or not to move forward with you ADU. It is our job to help you make the right decision, rather than to make you build a house you might not need.

Each property and site has varying regulations and circumstances. We personally investigate and coordinate custom designs that fit your property and wants. It's not just a container box for living.
