Little Houses is a residential design company that specializes in crafting exceptional Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. With a deep understanding of local regulations, zoning codes, and the ADU permitting process, Little Houses guides you through every step of the journey, from the initial feasibility study to final construction.

Kevin Huang
Kevin Huang has had eight years of experience in various international architecture firms before starting Little Houses. Past experience includes Gehry Partners, Kengo Kuma and Associates, and Perkins Eastman.
He has a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.

Legend Chen
Legend Chen has had eight years of experience in architectural consulting firms before starting Little Houses. Past experience includes HED, Microdesk, and various local developers. He specializes in building construction and real estate.
He has a Bachelor of Science from National Taiwan University and a Master of Building Science from the University of Southern California.
